Inquiry + quote

Operator needs: event date, location, guest count, item list, setup window. They quote a package + take 50% non-refundable deposit to hold.

Booking

50% deposit, balance 14 days before event. Cancellation: 60+ days = full refund minus deposit; 30-60 = 50%; under 30 = no refund.

14 days before event

Operator sends final confirmation: guest count, item list, delivery + pickup times, balance due.

Day of delivery

Operator typically delivers 4-8 hours before event start (or evening before for major events). Setup takes 1-4 hours depending on scope.

For a typical wedding: tent setup day-before, tables/chairs/linens delivered + set up day-of, photo booth + lighting delivered 2 hours before guests arrive.

During the event

Most rentals are unattended (tables, chairs, tent). Photo booth + 360 video typically include an attendant. Dance floor + lighting are self-operated after setup.

Pickup

Operator returns at agreed time (often next morning for evening events; immediately after for daytime). Pickup is 1-3 hours.
